1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is not possible.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
A return handling charge of ₹100 will be applicable on all return orders. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs as proof. In such cases, the ₹100 return charge will not be applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Bulk orders, institutional orders, and custom/branded products are not eligible for return.
