Return Policy

Eligibility, process, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
  • The item is not from the non-returnable category (see Section 4)
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided
Safety Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as ear muffs, face masks, and medical kits cannot be returned once opened.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs.
  3. Our team will review and approve/reject the return request within 2 business days.
  4. Upon approval, securely pack the item and ship it to our Karnal warehouse. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Refunds

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Face masks, ear muffs, and other hygiene-critical PPE (once opened)
  • Custom/branded or embroidered products made to order
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or alterations
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • SCABA sets and specialised breathing apparatus

5. Exchange Policy

We offer size/colour exchanges on safety shoes, boots, and workwear, subject to stock availability. Raise an exchange request within 7 days following the same process as returns. If the desired size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
